Regular-priced items unless otherwise stated
Orders meeting the minimum value threshold listed in the promotion
First-time customer offers (limit 1 use per customer)
Newsletter sign-up discounts
Special sitewide promotions announced via email or homepage banner
Select collections during seasonal events (e.g., Winter Luxe Sale, Royal Essentials Week)
Not Eligible For Coupons:
To preserve exclusivity and ensure fairness, the following are excluded from coupon use:
Items already marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Bundle deals or specially priced sets
Orders using Krown Cash (unless specified)
Limited edition or pre-order items
Gift cards and digital wallet purchases
Shipping fees and taxes
Additional Guidelines:
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
If a coupon requires a minimum spend, the subtotal before shipping/tax must meet that amount.
Expired coupon codes cannot be reactivated or extended.
Stacking Rewards:
Krown Cash, rebates, and loyalty rewards are tracked separately from coupons.
While stacking with other discount programs is not guaranteed, we often run exclusive VIP events where multiple rewards can be combined.
