Returns
- Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging , with all tags attached and any boxes, wrapping, or accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
